Alaric Razor found a ritual similar to Meldir’s. Joined the expedition to investigate.
What We Found
- Trapped room with an unidentified loot chest (still unidentified — took it with us)
- Various races frozen solid like statues
- One thawed out, appeared lost and confused — left them there; they were gone when we returned ⚠️
- Hidden door: a person tied to a table with silver thread
- Appears to suffer from the same curse as Meldir (bloodthirst — unsated = lose max HP daily)
Boss — Valkyrian
- Possibly a lich
- Summoned a Living Breath (flame) — stood dormant, did nothing ⚠️
- During the fight a blood root / vein attached to Meldir’s left arm, replacing it with a crystalline blood-colored arm — significant buffs granted
